Mar 17, 2014 · LAN Connection Problems ( Ipv4 and Ipv6: No Internet/Network Access) Hello, today I woke up and there was no Internet on my computer. I have had this happen to me before so I did the usual, restart and reboot but it didn't work. So I have been researching on my phone for 3 hours now and nothing has helped me fix this. No IPv6 only IPv4 I own an Arris SB8200 Modem have a 1000 mbps internet plan and I am only recieving an IPv4 IP address. I have called comcast technical support twice and they both advised my modem is provisioned correctly and show that I should have an IPv6 address; however when I test it online it clearly shows no IPv6 address. Apr 28, 2017 · My windows 7 computer WAS working through the WiFi earlier today but now although the connection is stated to be connected, I can not reach any internet site. I note that both the IPv4 & IPv6 report "no internet access"
