Jul 24, 2013 · ive seen this also downloads slow than stall but on my vista they speed back up i found setting dht port and qbit port to different ports that it stopped happening as much but it still happens from time to time. But, if your download speed is always so slow on all torrents you’re downloading using BitTorrent or uTorrent, then there’s a problem with your internet connection. But not really a big deal. Because the solution is simple.

Some are under your control (router issues, port forwarding, and misconfigured settings in your torrent client (uTorrent, QBittorrent etc). Other causes, like blocking or throttling by your ISP aren’t easily fixed by tweaking settings.
Nono, not bandwidth, the actual number of connections. Too many simultaneous connections will result in extremely slow speed. My router is decent and works great until I set utorrent to use more than ~180 connections. If I have torrents running, even at a low download/upload speed, with more than 200 connections, the internet is extremely slow.
I tried everything I could even the last case scenario, which is reinstalling Chrome and my download speed is still so slow.
