If you go to iplayer and click on "Categories", how come there is a "Wales" category with loads of BBC programmes about Wales in Welsh and English, but there are no categories for Scotland, or the English regions??
Watching the BBC Iplayer on your PC NB this video is a little out of date, in fact was made in September 2010 as these days I recommend FireFox or Maxthon as the browsers, but you will get the general idea till I produce a long overdue update!
